nice areas for airbnb? visiting soon from TX

I can't help you too much with the airbnb but check out the Old City, South Street or Society Hill areas.

You might want to advertise on TNABoard (now that it's back working again) or BestGFE Club because Eccie is not as popular here as it is in Texas. Don't get me wrong, this is still a good site.
